Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Process invoices
  • Prepare weekly check run
  • Resolve price or quantity discrepancies
  • Reconcile Company credit cards
  • Reconcile Vendor Statements
  • Manage and update vendor information
  • Process sales tax payment & prepare quarterly sales tax filing
  • Process Bank Deposits
  • Manage general ledger



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
