Our client in the retail industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in Santa Barbara County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help process invoices each week
  • Manage QuickBooks account
  • Prepare expense reports
  • Help run checks

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
