Interim Administrative Assistant (Project)

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for an Interim Administrative Assistant to join their team in Los Angles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage schedules and coordinate travel and logistics
  • Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and set up rooms
  • Responsible for processing and completing expense reports
  • Answer and triage phone calls as needed and assist in managing email accounts
  • Coordinate the process for execution of legal agreements
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist HR and hiring manager in coordinating interviews and greeting candidates
  • Assist with planning department meetings and events
  • Manage multiple calendars
  • Manage Org charts
  • Assist in budget cycles

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
