Interim AP/AR Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim AP/AR Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

Job Description:

  • Respond to tenant emails
  • Apply late charges as provided in Leases
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Answer inquiries on pending payments
  • File invoices
  • Post bank receipts
  • Assist with vendor set-ups
  • Manage routine cash flow paperwork
  • Verify and research extreme variances

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
