Interim AP/Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim AP/ Payroll Specialist to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Process invoices
  • Manage vendor contracts
  • Manage the AP inbox
  • Onboard new vendors and internal business partners
  • Prepare month-end analysis and reconciliations
  • Oversee AP month end close process
  • Prepare bank wires
  • Process payroll and expense reimbursements

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
