Interim AP Specialist (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim AP Specialist to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee invoices and check requests
  • Assist coding invoices
  • Prepare and process checks for multi companies
  • Manage vendor database
  • Produce 150-200 invoices per week
  • Help audits and verify expense reports
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Manage rush items
  • Oversee account payable files

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
