Interim AP Specialist (Project)

Our client in the investment companies industry is looking for an Interim AP Specialist to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Help invoice input processes
  • Oversee daily check run processes
  • Help ensure checks are signed and mailed
  • Manage and update critical payments lists
  • Manage short paid invoices and over-paid invoices
  • Manage payment errors

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
