Interim AP Specialist (Project)

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Interim AP Specialist to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Perform full cycle AP
  • Reply to vendor calls
  • Process vendor check runs
  • Manage vendor files
  • Review employee out of pocket expenses
  • Process and reconcile vendor payments
  • Negotiate extended payment terms with vendors when needed
  • Assist with reimbursement of credit memos
  • Assist with audits

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
