Interim AP Specialist (Project)

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Interim AP Specialist to join their team in San Fernando Valley.


Job Description:

  • Oversee all invoices
  • Prepare check runs for commission and vendor payments
  • Prepare audits and process expense reports
  • Help obtain signatures for checks
  • Oversees 1099 maintenance
  • Help deposit checks via remote deposit
  • Help reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Assist in month end closing



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP and Concur required
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
