Interim AR/Credit Manager (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim AR/Credit Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage customer accounts
  • Oversee customer accounts
  • Assist invoices and credit and debit memos
  • Post customer payments by recording checks, ACH and wire payments
  • Manage delinquent accounts
  • Manage account discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
