Interim AR Manager (Project)

Our client in the construction/engineering industry is looking for an Interim AR Manager to join their team in San Fernando Valley

Job Description:

  • Manage payment invoices
  • Process monthly construction billings
  • Process and post payments
  • Help resolve outstanding issues
  • Manage account details
  • Assist accounts receivable
  • Manage files and records

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
