Interim Collections Specialist (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Collections Specialist to join their team in Denver

 

Job Description:

  • Manage full cycle collections process
  • Help resolve receivable balances
  • Manage monthly statements and collection communications
  • Reconciliation of client A/R
  • Deliver consistent achievement on KPI’s
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Assist with ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with NetSuite & Salesforce a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
