Interim Data Entry Specialist (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Data Entry  Specialist to join their team in Walnut Creek

 

Job Description:

  • Upload the documents stored in the shared drive
  • Keep a log of trades for which the document upload
  • Download of amortization schedules
  • Assist with testing statements, output and input
  • Assist with other testing efforts for implementation
  • Provide status updates on a daily/weekly basis

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills (or
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
