Interim Executive Assistant (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Executive Assistant to join their team in Denver


Job Description:

  • Maintain and plan calendar schedule and appointments
  • Manage file reports
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers
  • Prepare monthly credit card statements, expense reports and mileage reports
  • Perform and manage administrative activities
  • Responsible for coordinating/obtaining office equipment
  • Responsible for new hire orientation and office set-up
  • Prepare agendas and make arrangements
  • Assist with marketing materials
  • Help organize events and client visits



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
