Interim Full Charge Bookkeeper (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
  • Code and enter vendor expense invoices
  • Assist with AP and AR
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Ensure GL accuracy
  • Process time sheets and payroll
  • Prepare tax returns

 

Requirements:

  • Certified Bookkeeper designation preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
