Interim Fund Accounting Manager (Project)

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for an Interim Fund Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and maintain records of investment funds
  • Record and reconcile purchase and sale transactions
  • Estimate and post monthly closing accruals
  • Calculate income and expense allocations
  • Prepare distributions and draw-downs
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Analyze and calculate performance metrics
  • Assist with audit

 

Requirements:

  • CPA a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
