Interim Human Resource Manager (Project)

Our client in the entertainment industry is looking for an Interim Human Resource Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Oversees and manages all aspects of Human Resources
  • Manage ADP Workforce now HRIS and periodically audit employee data
  • Perform Annual Benefits Open Enrollment and make suggestions to program
  • Perform Employee Surveys on environment, benefits and compensation
  • Perform HR and custom data reports
  • Oversee function of the data management system
  • Develop and implement a safety committee and program to conduct monthly safety trainings
  • Manage and report all safety incidents and reporting to provider to process the proper claim
  • Help maintain ongoing communication with all worker’s compensation providers to update, request and submit critical claims reporting information.



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel And ADP skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
