Interim Investment Operations Consultant (Project)

Our client in the investment companies industry is looking for an Interim Investment Operations Consultant to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage cash receipts with the accounting system
  • Help settlements for custodied and non custodied assets
  • Help design business processes
  • Help document procedures
  • Manage cash processing
  • Help balance daily bank balances

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
