Interim Lead Accounting Administrator (Project)

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Interim Lead Accounting Administrator to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare pre-billing reports and will work closely
  • Help process monthly invoices
  • Help maintain proper billing records, archiving, and promoting good record-keeping practices
  • Prepare billing reports and assist in the analysis of revenue data;
  • Prepare project profitability and project detail reports
  • Prepare and monitoring over-budget reports;
  • Perform audit of intercompany invoices
  • Perform accounts receivable duties

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
