Interim Payroll Administrator (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Responsible for processing garnishments and tax notices
  • Responsible for processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, post payroll activities
  • Prepare and validate all payroll output transmissions, identification and resolution of payroll errors
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
  • Responsible for processing, validating and reconciling time files
  • Responsible for processing special payments to employees

Requirements:

  • FPC certification
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
