Interim Payroll Manager (Project)

Our client in the service company industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to join their team in Los Angeles.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage multistate payroll reporting structure
  • Oversee the payroll and the time and attendance systems
  • Manage preparation of reconciliation and distribution of W-2 statements
  • Provide general ledger interfaces, journal entries and month end reports
  • Address employee payroll issues and adjusts errors
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Strong ADP knowledge required
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
