Interim Payroll Manager (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to join their team in San Francisco

 

Job Description:

  • Manage timekeeping and payroll data
  • Assist system enhancements and upgrades
  • Assist in cross-functional projects
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations
  • Manage issues relating to payroll processing
  • Oversee manual/off-cycle check requests

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
