Interim Payroll Processor (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Processor to join their team in San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Audit and poll timecards and records
  • Help correct time card issues
  • Ensure time card approvals are completed
  • Maintain and update payroll records
  • Research and resolve any payroll discrepancies
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
  • Assist with audits
  • Process manual checks
  • Scan & save payroll backup and reports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
