Interim Payroll Specialist (Project)

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Interim Payroll Specialist to join their team in Alameda County

 

Job Description:

  • Administer bi-weekly payroll
  • Help process multiple timesheets on a weekly basis
  • Assist with general administrative duties and data entry
  • Help maintain and organize digital and paper files

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
