Interim SEC Reporting Consultant (Project)

Our client in the construction and engineering industry is looking for an Interim SEC Reporting Consultant to join their team in the San Fernando Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Assist technical accounting and sec reporting team
  • Prepare and assist with support binders
  • Help gather info
  • Prepare footnote disclosures for 10K and 10Q’s

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
