Interim Technical Accounting Manager (Project)

Our client in the Healthcare industry is looking for an Interim Technical Accounting Manager to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare and file SEC periodic reports
  • Assist with SOX compliance
  • Manage financial reporting component of audits
  • Conduct and document technical accounting research
  • Prepare SEC and FASB memorandums
  • Assist in training staff on SEC accounting guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • CPA license
  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC Reporting
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
