Investment Operations Fund Accountant

Our client in the investment industry is looking for an Investment Operations Fund Accountant to join their team in the Orange County


Job Description:

  • Prepare, review, approve information/entries and supporting documentation with increasing complexity
  • Monitor external service providers; assess and track vendor performance
  • Prepare and review monthly and quarterly client-facing reports
  • Participate in technical training for other associates
  • Interact and oversee relationships to ensure questions and issues are being addressed



  • MBA,
  • CPA license
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
