Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

• Create monthly financials
• Research P&L and BS variances
• Assist with cost accounting research
• Perform GL Reconciliations
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Help implement companywide best practices
• Assist with audits

 

Requirements:

• CPA a plus
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
• Working knowledge of ERP systems a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
• Detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
