Manager of FP&A

Our client in the retail industry is looking for a  Manager of FP&A to join their team in San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee updates to the financial forecast
  • Ensure all budgeted expenses are adequately documented and supported
  • Help ensure budgeted goals are met
  • Oversee budget revisions
  • Oversee the creation of ongoing reports
  • Establish models on the Company’s current operating trend
  • Provide financial analysis
  • Manage the department reporting
  • Manage department deliverables
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
