Our client in the investment company industry is looking for a Operations Control & Oversight to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Help Manager develop, implement and manage firm s middle office outsourcing oversight function
  • Perform root cause analysis on operating events
  • Establish an on-going review process in order to continually improve and refine all aspects of the Operations function
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of all relevant legislation and market best practices
  • Design, create, maintain and deliver appropriate suite of management information reports

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented

  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
