Operations Manager

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team in the Greenwood Village

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare reports and statistics detailing financial results, payroll processing, employee benefit plans, workers’ compensation insurance, and unemployment claims
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems
  • Prepare and review payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs
  • Manage and coordinate company external audit with outside auditors
  • Manage accounting, payroll processing, human resource, and benefits staff

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
