Payroll Analyst

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team in the Orange County


Job Description:

  • Responsible for payroll processing
  • Maintain and create training documents
  • Manage and verify manual, adjustment and voided checks
  • Respond to inquiries, questions, time entry requirements and regulations
  • Produce workday reports



  • Certified Payroll Professional preferred
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
