Payroll & Benefits Supervisor

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Supervisor to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Process multistate biweekly payroll
  • Review and process time sheets, vacation\sick requests and termination/manual checks
  • Processes garnishment calculations
  • Maintain payroll reporting
  • Help source information and run reports
  • Review and register taxes
  • Resolves issues and questions
  • Process new hires and employee changes
  • Assist with annual open enrollment process
  • Supervise Benefit enrollment process
  • Assist with any Work Related Injury and OSHA reporting
  • Maintain HR records
  • Process and maintain W-2’s, fringe benefit input and ACA reporting



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills and Ceridian Dayforce experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, human resources or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
