Payroll Director

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Payroll Director to join their team in San Gabriel Valley

 

Job Description:

  • Lead and coach staff
  • Oversee bi-weekly multi-state payrolls
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes
  • Research tax issues
  • Develop staff members for growth and succession planning
  • Assist with data collection
  • Assist with year end processing

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
