Payroll Manager

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an Payroll Manager to join their team in Los Angeles.


Job Description:

  • Control, process and record all payroll and related functions
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed
  • Maintain accuracy of timekeeping systems and records
  • Oversee accuracy of PTO and accrual balances
  • Maintain current payroll and employee data in payroll system
  • Review and validate completed payroll cycles
  • Manage effective, accurate and efficient payroll systems, practices and procedures
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of rules and laws governing payroll practices



  • Certified Payroll Professional
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skill
  • HRIS/Payroll systems; Ultimate Software, ADP Workforce Now & Vantage, Paycom
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
