Senior AP Specialist, Property Operations

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Senior AP Specialist, Property Operations to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Help process invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Research discrepancies and resolve vendors’ billing inquiries
  • Help verify and process employee expense reports
  • Perform P-card administrator duties
  • Process weekly check runs and post manual checks
  • Assist with processing 1099’s



  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and Yardi skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience
