Senior Associate

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in Los Angeles County


Job Description:

  • Manage accounting, financial planning and analysis
  • Prepare and distribute monthly management reports
  • Create/oversee forecast models to revenues and expenses
  • Prepare annual budgets
  • Help forecast and monitor cash flows
  • Oversee budgetary control
  • Perform monthly variance analysis on financial results
  • Research and describe variances
  • Help explain financial results and variances
  • Perform cost-reduction evaluations and implementation
  • Oversee design and implementation of allocation methodologies
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis function



  • MBA preferred
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience in the financial services or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
