Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join their team in Santa Barbara County

 

Job Description:

  • Support monthly close activities
  • Support payroll accounting journal entries and accruals
  • Reconcile equity accounts
  • Assist with audit activities and financial reporting
  • Perform ad hoc projects
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, etc. or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
