Senior Manager Payment Operations

Our client in the consumer products industry is looking for a Senior Manager Payment Operations to join their team in Los Angeles County

 

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a credit card/payment processing management and collections strategy
  • Prepare, maintain, communicate and execute against an integrated payment processing and monitoring strategy
  • Develop, initiate and maintain effective credit, collection, chargeback, and accounts receivable cash application procedures
  • Analysis and maintenance of collections statistics, research and resolution of all chargebacks, and maintenance of chargeback levels within acceptable thresholds
  • Assist with various departments to define collection goals, bad debt limits and account eligibility rules
  • Help establish and maintain innovative methods of building relationships with customers

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
