Stock Plan Administrator

Our client in the manufacturing / distribution industry is looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to join their team in Orange County

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the work of multiple areas
  • Manage all aspects of global equity administration
  • Support treasury and cash management operations
  • Provide monthly, quarterly and year-end reconciliation of all stock activity
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and practices

 

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail, deadline and goal-oriented

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
