Zach Waldron is an Associate Director for Client Services on the Project and Interim Services team in the Westlake Village office. In that role, he utilizes his expertise in recruitment and client development when working with business partners to identify key projects and fill interim roles in accounting, finance, tax and audit.
Prior to joining Century Group, Zach managed both client development and the recruitment of finance and accounting professionals at a national staffing firm. Before that, he managed a sales team, daily operations, promotional events and customer engagement for Val Surf, one of the oldest family-owned surf, skate and snowboarding shops that is still in operation. Zach is an active member and sits on the board of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA). He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications for California Lutheran University.
