Operations Associate

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Operations Associate to join their team in the Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Help the firm’s COO and operations department
  • Assist with the back-office operations of multiple funds
  • Oversee all vendors and payments
  • Assist with Legal and Compliance Counsel to update and maintain the firm’s compliance program
  • Help other staff, service providers and other industry professionals

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial services, real estate or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
