Interim Accounts Receivable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Perform data entry
  • Create, submit, post and file customer invoices/credit memos
  • Coordinate customer account adjustments with various departments
  • Apply all customer payments
  • Prepare and submit deposits
  • Set up new customers
  • Monitor the AR Aging report
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain customer files

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
