Fixed Assets Accountant

Our client in the real estate industry is looking for a Fixed Assets Accountant to join their team in Orange County.


Job Description:

  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions
  • Verify depreciation calculated
  • Help maintain fixed asset records and procedures
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Prepare audit schedules
  • Assist with special projects as necessary



  • CPA license a plus
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic



  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
