Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Our client in the technology industry is looking for a Manager, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting to join their team in Los Angeles County.

 

Job Description:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Manage the external reporting process
  • Prepare monthly equity roll forward and statement of cash flows
  • Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Support monthly financial statement review processes
  • Perform technical accounting research and prepare accounting memos
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • CPA preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
