Accounts Payable Manager

Our client in the manufacturing company industry is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join their team in Orange County


Job Description:

  • Process payments and recording of costs
  • Perform A/P sub-ledger and vendor master record updates
  • Implement automated A/P solution
  • Direct EDI oversight
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures
  • Provide resolution to invoice disputes and inquiries
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform vendor analysis, expense review and analysis, and ad-hoc reports
  • Support the month end close process



  • Public/Big 4 accounting experience
  • CPA or CPA eligibility a plus
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
