Human Resources Director

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Human Resources Director to join their team in Orange County

 

Job Description:

  • Manage employee relations, performance coaching, recruitment and staffing
  • Review and suggest improvements to performance management systems and processes
  • Responsible for talent management
  • Develop action and training programs
  • Maintain federal, state, local and pending legislation compliance
  • Perform policy development and documentation
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration

 

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certificates preferred
  • Public accounting experience
  • Experience in the service or related industries
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills HRIS systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational leadership/organizational development or related field and a minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience
