Financial Analyst

Our client in the service company industry is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in the San Fernando Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Maintain ongoing analysis & proper matching
  • Provide reporting on variances
  • Reconcile revenue and payroll expense
  • Reconcile employee health insurance invoices
  • Prepare commission payments
  • Drive process improvement initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines
  • A team player

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
