Tax Manager

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team in Orange County.

 

Job Description:

  • Assist with tax reporting and tax payment requirements
  • Maintain data storage & retrieval system
  • Monitor federal, state and local tax-related filing deadlines
  • Ensure that proper registration is completed in each state
  • Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures
  • Respond to tax inquiries
  • Assist with audits as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Able to be discreet with confidential/sensitive information
  • Able to adapt to changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience
