Interim Accounts Payable Specialist (Project)

Our client in the manufacturing/distribution industry is looking for an Interim Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team in the San Gabriel Valley.

 

Job Description:

  • Manage invoices and check requests
  • Manage expense reports
  • Update invoices and file in permanent records
  • Verify and maintain AP voucher reports
  • Assist with calls concerning payment status of invoices
  • Perform other accounting duties as requested

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
  • Detail-oriented
  • A team player
  • Strong work ethic

 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience
